Mount Sinai Residential Tower, Lobby Feature Wall; Situ Fabrication
This project was completed while working for SITU Fabrication in Brooklyn, New York. SITU engineered and fabricated a feature wall for a residential tower designed by Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects. The wall is 17’ tall by 40’ long and is made of 120 walnut veneered panels that define a twisted surface.
My role in the project included full documentation and detailing of the design through all phases of fabrication. Using Grasshopper to streamline design and fabrication documentation, I was able to oversee the project through fabrication while collaborating with and supporting the fabrication team throughout the entire construction process.
